Tycoon Minerals has established itself as the leading manufacturer of high quality calcium carbonate powder in Pakistan. We get materials from selected mines in Northern areas of Pakistan. MATERIAL QUALITY

The factory Tycoon Minerals is located 19-KM Lahore Shiekhupura Road, Lahore (Pakistan), where road transport system are very favorable in delivering stone materials from White Limestone Mines in the Northern Area of Pakistan . CaCo3 content over 98%, whiteness 98%, brightness 96%. These Lime Stone sources have chemical composition and physical properties that are consistent with the requirements of multiple industries and were found to be the best quality in Pakistan.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Our CaCO3 grinding plant is in the capacity of 2,000 tons/Month and we are expecting increase in production in near future, as our product has good market demand.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Raw materials are sorted and washed with high pressure pump, selected by manual methods before being put into processing. Calcium Carbonate powder products are always checked in great frequency by latest laboratory equipment such as whiteness analyser MINOLTA CR 410 and particle laser Diffraction Malvern 3000 made in England. With the material selected carefully before producing and  applying quality management  technology 9001-2015 so we commit to have the highest and stable quality for all customer.
